
High-Speed
Control Updates
The
unit calculates voltage, current, Watts, VARs,
PF, Freq. and phase angle every 2 cycles making
the data available to the communication port
at that speed. With this feature, the unit
can be used as a control transducer for many
applications such as system synchronizing,
generator output regulation and many other
applications.
Multiple
Protocols
Standard
protocols include Modbus RTU/ASCII and DNP
3.0. All stored logs and Waveform events are
available in Modbus format. Open protocol capability
means that this meter can be integrated into
almost every energy management system, SCADA
or process software.
Optional
Onboard 100 Base T Ethernet
Using
the internal expansion port, the monitor can
be ordered with onboard Ethernet TCP/IP functionality.
The 100 BASE T design allows the unit to speak
Open Modbus via TCP/IP. This advanced communication

Internal 56K Modem with dial out
The
internal expansion port can be configured to
offer an internal 56Kbaud modem. This gives

Nexus power monitor provides advanced logic
and control on programmable limit settings.
